Exchange & Refund policy
In case of receipt of incorrect, damaged or defective products, you may request a return and exchange or 100% refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Order Cancellation by customer
Customer can cancel the order at any time / stage after placing the order but before shipped from company warehouse. We will cancel your order without asking any question & issue 100% refund within 1-2 hours.

Product packaging
Our team will pack your order in a plastic, tamper-proof bag and the courier man doesn't have knowledge of the products, inside the plastic bag.
We do not provide any indication of the website or the name of the product on packaging box. It provides complete privacy of your item and safeguards the packaging and quality of the order. The entire service is free of cost.
To keep your privacy intact, we are not going to mention maxayurveda.com on package anywhere. The name of the sender, along with the address will be of Green Pharma.
Tracking URL
We will provide you with tracking URL to help you track your order when needed. You can track your order on our wesbite at TRACK YOUR ORDER.
Shipping partners
We have already tied up our services with BLUE DART, DELHIVERY, FEDEX , ARAMEX, DOTZOT, INDIA POST for deliveries in INDIA and we entered into an agreement with DHL & fedex for international deliveries.
